Aviate's real estate personnel at head office handle all the documentation and settlement matters to do with the sale. But the client remains your responsibility to ensure that they acquire their investment property in a smooth and professional manner.

Your remuneration for this marketing and facilitation role is a generous share of the commission that is available from each sale. In fact, up to 3% of the property value is yours - a lot better than the traditional selling of real estate!

An Exclusive Territory - Aviate Franchisees operate from a business premises and from this location and the surrounding suburbs, you are guaranteed exclusivity as the only Aviate office in that territory.

Aviate Properties - Aviate investment properties are generally negotiated by Aviate directly with the developer and are usually available (at least for an initial period) only to Aviate Franchisees. That is, you have the first opportunity to present these properties to your clients.

Aviate Alliance Partners - An important part of Aviate marketing is the network of Alliance Partners who provide a continuous stream of new prospective investors. Aviate assists you to build your own network of Alliance Partners to support your Aviate Franchise.

The Aviate Marketing Program - Each Aviate Franchisee is provided with the marketing tools and methodologies to organise, promote and carry out Aviate events marketing. This involves using their own database and Aviate's marketing to contact and invite clients to attend the next Aviate function.

Sales Documentation - You do not have to be involved in the documentation or compliance side of property sales. Once you have obtained an Expression of Interest from one of your clients, Aviate head office takes over the paperwork side and handles all documentation on your behalf. Commission is paid to you in two installments - first payment on signing of contracts and second payment at the settlement date.

Ongoing Support - Aviate's ongoing support of its franchisees include regular field visits by our franchise support personnel as well as meetings, conferences and updates on all matters to do with property investment. In addition, franchisees are fully briefed about each new property development as Aviate secures the marketing rights - all well in advance of the public launch to the Aviate community.
