Only the highest quality developments will be selected and must have an 80% pass rate to be considered as a worthy investment opportunity by Aviate Group.
Our dedicated research and acquisitions team ensure that location, quality and timing are paramount in the selection process for your investment property and are continually monitored in the market to ensure your property withstands changing markets and influences.
We only select the best properties
At Aviate, we believe that the quality of an investment property is vital to its performance and therefore we are incredibly selective as to what properties we present to our clients. We evaluate each site on its merits according to our stringent 32 point selection criteria that consider many aspects of the development. As an example, our research considers a detailed analysis of the area, the location, the demographics, the growth potential, future development, infrastructure, planning, urban renewal and current amenity. We also consider the calibre of the developer, architect, and builder to assist in a detailed analysis of the building quality. We determine the sites attractiveness to the prospective tenant or rental market and will only consider properties in areas of high demand. This process ensures only the best properties that meet our high standards are presented to our investors.
We provide an in-depth Property Investment Report
Once our research is complete we release a Property Investment Report to our investor base. This report details everything you need to know about the property, the area, the current and planned infrastructure plus depreciation schedules, floor plans, fixtures and fittings schedules and profiles on the project group.
All our properties are independently valued
We obtain independent valuations on all of our properties and present them to our investors either at or below this valuation. This ensures that you are obtaining your investment property at the best possible price, backed by an independent valuation.
